This is a warning of dealing with this company!! I can’t believe that other reviews of this company are true. I had a really a bad experience with All Star direct Auto shipping. On July 4, 2017, I posted a request to ship my son’s car (Altima 2008) from Bettendorf, Iowa to Henderson, Nevada. Steve from All Star contacted me with a quote of $549 for the car to be shipped on 7/24. I asked him how long it takes to ship the car, and he said between 4-5 days. At the end of day of July 24 Steve said the car will not be shipped on that day, it will be the next day on 7/25. I called Steve and told him if it is easier for him finding me a driver to pick up the car from Chicago and I’ll drive my car to him. At the end of that day he called and said I found a driver for you to pick it up from Chicago on 7/26 but you have to pay an extra $100 which I agreed to. I called the driver to find out that it will be shipped from Chicago to Henderson through Iowa. So, I called him again and he said he would pick up the car from its original location (Iowa) on 7/26, but he did not show up AGAIN and he said that he will come the next day 7/27. He finally picked the car at 9:10 p.m. on 7/27 and the car arrived to its destination one day late on 7/29. Now All Star direct Auto shipping is refusing to return back my $249 deposit without any explanation and they are not willing to discuss it with me.
