All State Carriers is not clear about the deposit placed for the transport of vehicles. In every other business, (i.e. hotels, rental cars, rental trucks, etc..) when a deposit is made and the order is canceled within the scope of the contract, the customer is given back their deposit in full. Thus upholding the proper definition of a deposit: a payment given as a guarantee that an obligation will be met . If you, the customer, cancels the order you WILL NOT get your deposit back! This does not matter if you cancel 7 days prior to the pick up or the day after you place an order.
DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YOU ARE CERTAIN YOU WILL USE THEIR SERVICES. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PLACING ANY ORDERS WITH ALL STATE CARRIERS, LLC

I was blessed to have church member step up and move my truck for FREE and so I tried to cancel my order with All State, only to be ran around the block and then to Florida and back.

Here is the very unclear FAQs directly from their site:
Question: What if I cancel my order?
Answer: Upon setting up the order we would need seven business days to render the service. If we do not find a driver for you within that window we will refund you the deposit for whatever amount that was charged.

NOTICE they will only refund if the do not keep there end of the deal and I would guess that even then you will not get you deposit back.
I learned a $150 lesson and will NEVER recommend nor use any service such as this again.
