I was given an exact date and time for pickup and drove 500 miles to be present only to have the pickup delayed 3 days. I wasn't even on the dockett at that point. When pickup was made I was given 5 1/2 hours notice before delivery-not the 24 hour notice repeatedly stated and it came through the subcontractor who called me directly because the information he receivedthrough the carrier was spotty. I was overbilled by the driver and the vehicle was dropped off in a position whereby I needed to hire a towtruck to move it about 10'. Promised return calls were inconsistent and I won't use this company again. I was informed they did their job according to the contract-pickup and delivery was made. Yet, there is alot that goes on in between and that is my displeasure. And, I still haven't received reimbursement for the overcharge.

Here at All State Carriers we do not give exact dates due to the fact that our drivers can hit traffic and weather conditions can be harsh therefore the drivers can get delayed. All drivers are different with the time that they call before pickup, some drivers call a few hours ahead of time and a few drivers give 24 hours but we here in the main office ALWAYS call the customer to inform them of the pickup and we certainly did with this transport. With the vehicle being dropped off in a position that he could'nt get the car out is something that the driver works with the customer. the drivers drop the vehicles off in a positiion at the customers request. in this event the customer misinforms us wth the location of pickup so the price to ship his vehicle was fifity dollars more and he agreed to the amount due to his neglect. We do our best to keep our customers happy but their is only so much we can do. I hope the next time you ship everything goes how you wish.
