So disappointed

I thought that the company would handle all the details but I was wrong. The delivery man called us to find out where to pick up the car even after we dropped it off at the company lot. The delivery man wanted me to give him directions on how to get to the company because he claimed to not have the company's address or phone number. I thought that once you pay a company for service, the company would handle the details. After picking up the car, the driver was running 3 days late but Allstate and the driver both failed to contact us with this information. After calling Allstate to speak to the owner because of the lack of commitment to the promises we were given, the owner began yelling at me while I was merely explaining the situation. All the problems were caused due to a lack of communication between the company, the driver and myself(the paying customer).

Ms. Ward calls our office demanded a refund for not performing services. Her step daughter dropped-off her car here at our office on 2/5/13. Marco drove her back to her house. The driver had a delay and picked up the car from our office on Friday 2/8/13 instead of Thursday 2/7/13. I explained to her it’s not a taxi service. Driver’s have delay’s occasionally. The order was dispatched with their info for pick up then customer changed her mind and decides to drop it off at our office so I personally spoke with the carrier dispatcher and changed the address. Our job as a broker is to find a carrier for pickup and delivery and we did. We went above & beyond our services with this customer and what we get back in return is unbelievable. The driver is waiting now to make delivery because the recipient is at work so driver is waiting to 5:00pm for him to get out of work. This driver is a good person waiting for customer schedule and now anther customer will be late pick up, Unfortunately that how this business works and that is why we never guaranty pick up or delivery. We go by what the carrier tells us but some times there is a customer you can’t satisfied no matter what you do. Sorry it was not working for you but we are only one day late and not three. And you are very hard to deal with over the phone because you only hear yourself and don’t let other speak! We are a very good and reliable company that is very easy to work with and try to help our customer as much as we can. We let customer’s drop off their car in our location and give them the service of taking them to the airport or house it’s not the first time we do this service customer’s and certainly not the last! We have a lot of happy customer’s that understand a day late from a driver.
