My dear Mom was diagnosed with dementia and could no longer live on her own. Because of professional obligations, my sister and I only had a three day window of opportunity to fly to Florida from different parts of the country pack up Mom's home, ship her belongings and car to her new home in Oregon to live with her family.
Out of all of the car transport brokers that I spoke with in order to make arrangements, Jean was the only person who was real, sincere and honest. My conversations with other brokers ran the gamut from reading off of a script to misinformation to empty promises with no call backs.
Jean gained my confidence, sealed the deal and the car was picked up within our very narrow window of time (even if it wouldn't have been Jean offered advise regarding a back up plan.) Most importantly Jean made me feel like a valued customer with a situation that he would do his utmost best to resolve. He did. Thank you!

The carrier was communicative, polite and efficient. Thank you!

Mom's car arrived safely in Portland, on time without a blemish. We are going to put her car on Get Around to provide a small income for her.
