We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to the customer despite all our efforts to please the customer and to prove the great service we are offering to tens of thousands of our satisfied customers. Now the facts: The Customer made a reservation with us to pickup his 2014 Lexus from Palm Harbor, FL and delivers it to Santa Monica, CA. The 1st Avail day for Pickup was 03/24/14 with two days window as required by the Department of Transportation.
A carrier has been assigned to do the job on 03/25/14 with estimated delivery by 04/03/14 which is very normal ETA for cross country car transportation.
Unfortunately, despite our explanation given to the customer and the detailed agreement signed by him, the customer must have lost his patience and decided that we should compensate him for something beyond our responsibility and without breaching the agreement.
We take our job seriously and in full responsibility. In cases we do not meeting the agreement we will compensate the customer.
We are a reliable company operates in the market for about 6 years and our reputation in general and on this site speaks for itself.
We will be happy to serve this customer again and give him the best service, and even maybe a discount with the hope of converting him to one of our satisfied customers.
