We contracted with a broker in AZ to ship our vehicle to Florida. The broker hired All Wayz Transportion located in Long Beach, CA. All Wayz Transportation picked the car up on a Wednesday and promised to deliver it Friday or latest Saturday of the same week. They not only did not honor their commitment to deliver the vehicle on time but they did not contact us to report they would be late. All of our calls went to an answering machine; Bob Allen never spoke to us directly. The driver of the vehicle would eventually return our calls but give us bogus information regarding where he was and when the vehicle would actually arrive. It took numerous phone calls, email messages and calls to our broker to find out where the car was. It finally arrived 15 days late and damaged! Bob Allen again lied to us regarding repairing the vehicle. He gave the broker bogus insurance information and led us to believe he was contacting his insurance company to schedule repairs. We finally got fed up and called the insurance company he claimed to have and were informed he had not been insured by them for a "multiple of months". We again went to the broker "Autogo" regarding paying for the damages. They have promised to send payment. We believe Autogo was a victim of Bob Allen's dishonesty as were we. This should have been an easy contract to honor and painless for all parties but unfortunately dealing with dishonesty leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
