I was contacted by a foriegn fast talking woman named Vered who promised to pick up my SUV in Illinois within 24 hours. I verified with her the pickup time and she confirmed it with her dispatcher. She then stated that the SUV would be delivered by the same truck and driver within 3 days. I confirmed these statements as a condition on the contract. After the first day I called to find out where the truck was and she put me off to Guy the dispatcher. He told me that no promises were ever made and what I wrote on the contract didn't matter. My SUV was not going to be picked up soon as there were no trucks in the area. He told me to submit a claim in a three days to get a refund of my deposit. They will tell you anything to get a contract and deposit then leave you hanging. STAY AWAY!!!!!
