First the driver did not show up when promised, causing us to have to delay the trip by a day.
Second when the truck appeared he did not have a winch or any way to pull the car onto the trailer, but I had to find people to push a car on. The reason we pay non-op fee is because it needs to be winched up onto the trailer. Allen did say they will have a trailer with a winch, but guess what. And of course they are denying it.
After I called then to discuss my frustration that I had to push the vehicle myself while the driver is steering the vehicle, they give me an attitude that it is stated in the contract that shipper is responsible for "assisting" in loading the vehicle. Is pushing the vehicle all the way to the front of the trailer assisting. I don't think so.
And not just that, but I shipped 3 cars with them. Terrible customer service!!!
Oh, and the driver refused to pull to the house stating that the location is too narrow. Guess what I had 18 wheeler there the day before delivering other house items, so I had to spend extra $$ for a tow truck.
