I purchased a car from San deigo CA, and had it transported to Rhode Island. The pickup was early, the delivery was on time. This was my first experience in trasporting a vehicle cross country. I have heard nightmare stories from friends about transporting a car and was deeply concerned. After receiving several quotes I called Allen and voiced my concerns. The lady assured me that they take care of the cars and don't use terminals and know there drivers well. My experience was excellent, my car was delivered a little dirty from a 3000 mile ride but I can understand that. I got the best price and the best service. I am delighted and would do business with them again.
