My son was out of state and I was helping to set up shipping to get his car to the new job. They required 3 quotes and we initially went with a different shipper who said the car would be picked up Thur or Fri for delivery on Mon. After no pickup and several phone calls with no response, I contacted Ryan at Allied on Mon. He was professional, courteous, and followed though on what he told me. Within 2 hrs, he had a pickup scheduled for the next day, which went off without a hitch. Ryan and the staff were also very helpful and responsive when the employer requested additional information that my son needed ASAP. They turned around a stressful, frustrating situation, which we greatly appreciated.
