We apologize to the customer for being upset but we did everything we could to get a driver into a very narrow window the customer provided. First of all we tell every customer we talk to we can not guarantee pick up or delivery dates, especially a Sunday. We ask for at least a 48 hour pickup window for every move. We talked to the customer nearly every day leading up to the move date, but as a broker, until we get a driver that can do the exact dates this particular customer needed we cant confirm anything. We did finally find one that fit the dates the customer needed it just happened to be an enclosed trailer and $350 more because it is a better service. As his broker we are going to offer the customers everything we get, especially if it fits their needs, it is up to them to say yes or no. We then told him we would call him Monday with another option. We located another driver at a cheaper price that fit his needs and he proceeded to say he no longer needed the service. Again we try to meet all our customers needs logistically as best we can but, especially when there are so many moving parts, its hard to get a driver to pick up and deliver in such tight windows.
