Pleasantly surprised by service and speed!

I needed my car shipped from a suburb of Atlanta to northern Cali, and when I first started my search for an auto carrier, I felt overwhelmed by the choices and options. I received a lot of conflicting advice from various auto carriers about how the system works. Most of them claimed that they were the only honest people in the business.

When I got a call from Roger, he was particularly open about how he came about his price, and when and why particular charges would occur:

* Roger looked up how much cars had recently shipped for, from around Atlanta to NorCal.
* Roger admitted he'd get his commission from the "deposit," but also explained he wouldn't make a dime until the car was scheduled to be picked up at time X by driver Y.
* He promised to lock in the costs ($850), despite any fluctuations in diesel prices because of middle east unrest (mid-March 2011).

Roger's quote was one of the lower ones I'd received, but his transparency about the process gave me some confidence he could deliver.

Roger came through on all counts.
* When a dispatcher responded within hours, Roger immediately gave me his docket # and dispatcher information.
* The car was picked up the next day!!!
* The driver asked for a little more, so Roger took a hit on his commission. I paid the price I was quoted.
* When the driver delivered, he was courteous and worked around my schedule!
