Roger was apparently fired, so i began dealing with Sergio. I had told Roger that the only way I would use their service was with a commitment of ontime pickup and delivery. Sergio called me the day prior and PROMISED all would happen as I needed it to. He referred me to one of the most horrible companies I have ever dealt with. I was charged extra for "household good" and my cars were delivered filthy, late at night, and with extensive damage to my brand new RAV4. Sergio offered NOTHING to make this right, and disappeared when I became vocal about the bad service. As for FAMILY TRANSPORT, the horrible company Sergio set me up with:

I trusted them to take my Solara convertible and my brand new Toyota RAV4 from Norfolk VA to Jacksonville FL. They were THREE days late picking up and TWO days late dropping off. Then they lied to us trying to get extra $$$ because of a blanket in one of the the cars. They called this "overweight" and that because they weren't allowed to transport household goods, they were going to have to get an extra $150 per vehicle. On delivery, they didn't show up til almost midnight because they had wrecked my RAV's bumper. They pretended not to know about it, but it cost more than $500 to fix. This is a deceitful and dishonest company, and I hope to see them in court SOON!
