We were promised 4-day delivery from Pennsylvania to Washington (the REAL Washington), which seemed optimistic. The vehicle arrived 8 days. There was no communication from the driver advising of late delivery, no phone number to contact the driver; all I had was the company name. The driver finally called on the 7th day to arrange delivery the following day, only promising that he'd call and give me time to get to the delivery address. He finally called at 4 pm, and delivery occurred within the hour. Aside from lack of contact during the transport process and later-than-promised delivery the deal was okay.
