DO NOT do business with this company. People make errors and mistakes, but when you do it’s how you respond to those mistakes that determines the integrity of the business and their standards. I am the General Manager for a Porsche dealership here in Cary, NC. We hired this company to deliver a vehicle to Durango, CO. They were 3 days late in picking up the vehicle. The driver refused to answer our calls, and the company told us a false story as to where our 2019 Porsche Macan’s location was during the transport. We discovered that our vehicle was abandoned in Denver, CO in a Walmart parking lot with the doors unlocked and the keys left on the front seat! Our vehicle was suppose to be delivered on May 28th, however was picked up on May 28th, and to this date has still not been delivered to our client in Durango, CO. We have made several attempts to recoup our money lost in the transaction only to be told we would not be reimbursed. We had no choice but to locate our vehicle and take over transportation to try and get our vehicle delivered. They will not provide you updates during the transaction, they were misinforming us of the location of our vehicle, and ultimately in the end our vehicle was never delivered by ALWAYS AVAILABLE Transport. If you value the item being transported I would highly recommend that you choose a reputable company that will stand behind the contract that you sign with them. If you are a business you will be risking your money, and your clients satisfaction!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We will be seeing them in court, and will recoup our monetary loss of employees paid to continually try and solve the issue they created, the compensation we have to provide our inconvenienced client, the transportation that we had to pay to locate and pick up our vehicle to make it to the client, and the money we initially spent for a service that was never performed. I have been doing this for 18 years, and have never experienced this with any other transportation company. I plan to inform as many companies and people not to make this risk with this company.
