Bob was the agent who set me up with an auto freight company. Right out of the gate, Bob was very honest with his answers and explanations, in regard to the transport. He replied to my email promptly, and given me suggestions based on his knowledge and experience. At the end, my car arrived at the destination early which in turn saved me money on car rental.
