I requested quotes from several brokers and only two responded. The other company kept sending reviews that seemed to be written by employees or paid writers they were so positive. Due to short lead time for my move I requested a 2 day Select Express quote. Did not hear from Graham within the two day window. On his behalf however he was out of the office on day 2. Spoke with him at 9:30 AM on day 3 and he promised to make some calls. Graham called back within an hour with a quote that was $200 higher than the original. When I asked he was able to reduce the deposit from 375 to 220. I felt this was fair considering my short lead time. I needed to get the car on a truck. Promptness was only average. I initiated most of the contacts and did not always get a response to voice mails. Level Storage picked up the vehicle on time, kept in contact with my agent in TX and dropped off the car without any damage. Amerifreight does promise a $25 rebate for the posting of a review within 48 hours of vehicle drop off.
