I called Amerifreight specifically because of the great reviews I read. When I spoke to Gorge he put me right at ease . First, knowing that I did not have to 'commit' until a carrier actually verified a pickup time, cost and I was able to research them was fabulous. He was so patient with me, answering all of my questions and I felt good that I could call him back at anytime. Once a carrier was confirmed "Gela Transporation" I was given the drivers name and cell phone number. The men called me and were so polite. The car arrived in NJ two days earlier than planned, this normally would be great but being as nervous as I was, I preferred to be there to accept my vehicle. The only issue was there were grease stains left on the leather of my drivers seat (assumed from getting in/out of the car to move it) they denied having anyting to do with it however, after complaining a rep from Gela Transportation drove to my house and cleaned it for me. Luckily I was local to them. All in all, it was great, you are rolling the dice with any of these carriers. In the end my car got here quickly, undamaged and I had access to all of the contacts at any time.
