I was new to the transport business and really did not know what to expect but I was pleased with the customer service. Graham was my initial contact and he was very helpful. He gave me an initial estimate of $750.00 and explained it was an ESTIMATE and could fluctuate do to the requirements of the transport companies. Once I understood that American Freight was a broker, I checked around and found majority of transport companies are brokers. The ones that book their own cars are far and in between. I kind of like the fact that he could reach several companies at a time and give me the best going rate. Although I ended up paying $950.00, I still felt comfortable with the service and was happy in the end because I received the car in good condition. I would recommend this company if you want customer service and honesty.
