After placing an online order, on the same day the company representative Amy contacted me and on the next day vehicle was already picked up. Procedures for placing orders are very simple and easy to follow, prices are very affordable and overall service is excellent. I’m currently finishing my MBA with the major in marketing and high-quality customer service means a lot for me. This is the third time I am having car shipped by using different auto transporters and AmeriFreight is the best not only by high-quality customer service, but also by prices. I was really skeptical about the auto transportation industry as a whole. Even though I did some research in advance, my first two experiences with auto-transporters were simply terrible. I thought that service was non-existing in the industry, company customer service representatives and drivers were lying about everything, delivery dates was delayed more than three weeks etc... But third time I was really lucky that I picked up AmeriFreight, it was great and unforgettable experience for me.
