Let me start by saying that I am an amateur coming to auto vehicle transport. I have to move from North East to North West region of US because of my job relocation. I have started looking into companies that does the auto transport and those who have done this before know that there are not very many companies that do deliver/promise on what they can and cannot do. My search quickly became vague, disappointing, and scary looking at the reviews the auto transport companies got. I got over 50 emails from various companies with various quotes, promising all kind of things.
I tried a quick Google search for companies with the best BBB ratings and there I found AmeriFreight. I did went through the reviews and found out this guy, Graham is the best possible person to talk to about transport and I was thinking as I was reading through, please God get me in touch with Graham. Next minute I did sent out a request for quote and believe me the turn around was very fast, with a quote from Graham :):)
The next day he called me and explained how the transport works, what are the promises that they can vouch for and what they cannot, which I would say not very many companies that I did talk to never did. He worked with me on the dates for the move and quickly posted the order on their boards. I guess this order board is available and the same to all the auto companies and this one person from a company called me and tried being aggressive and manipulative stating that the quote provided was wrong and AmeriFreight wouldn't be able to deliver as promised. Luckily I did not take their word and trusted the gazillion people that have used AmeriFreight and their reviews.
After a few days of posting my add in their internal order board my vehicle was assigned a carrier and was picked up by NAO Auto. During this period AmeriFrieght and Graham was in contact and updated me on the status of the order and everything. It was very comfortable and easy to contact their office and I believe there are enough staff to answer the calls promptly rather than going all around using the auto routed feature on the phone systems.
Finally the delivery was very quick and delivered as promised. Based on the service I have received from AmeriFreight, I might never ever use any other company if AmeriFrieght is around. For people who are in my shoes and looking to transport their vehicle, I feel comfortable and highly recommend AmeriFreight for your auto transport.
