This was the 3rd time I've transported a vehicle and this experience was the best of them. Lecia, the representative I worked with from AmeriFreight, was prompt and professional in responding to my initial inquiry and equally so each time I contacted her. Once I decided to go with her company she quickly put out the bid as well. In fact, Lecia located a transporter within an hour and called me back to set up the pick up. Of course I realize no company can guarantee a pickup this fast and I was expecting to wait days. However Lecia's quick handling of the process enabled her to catch a truck that was in the area and heading where I needed right away. Any delay on her part and this would not have been the case. During transport Lecia was also available to speak with when I needed, and after delivery she contacted me to ensure everything went well and to answer any questions I might have.
Vitali, the vehicle transporter Lecia contracted was also great. He called me in advance to coordinate the pickup. He arrived on time and was professional. His rig was impressive. I'd specified an enclosed trailer and this one was excellent. Someone else was taking delivery so at the destination Vitali also contacted me just before and right after to let me know what was going on and that all was on track.
Lecia, Vitali, thanks again. If I need to transport my car again, I'll be calling you!
BTW, AmeriFreight did offer to reduce the cost by $50 if I agreed to write a review, good or bad. I took them up on it. The price reduction is done at the beginning; the review is done after the car is delivered. It did not influence what I wrote.
