From start to finish, Amerifreight gets 5 STARS! It was actually a pleasure to do business with them. To begin with, Graham T. who got the whole process started was very professional, thorough and courteous. He explained the entire process, the costs and every detail involved in shipping my son's car. He followed up with a confirmation email which spelled everything out. When he contacted me to tell me that he had located a carrier, he told me what to expect when the carrier company contacted me, including questions to ask.
When the carrier, Bayka Transport contacted me, they told me the driver Joe would call to set up a time for the vehicle to be picked up and what that process would entail. The driver contacted me the day before to let me know the time frame for when he would meet me to load the car. All went well at pickup, and the car was on its way.
When the car arrived for delivery after 6 days (ahead of schedule), my son had no problems at his end. Again, everything was spelled out so there were no surprises. The car arrived in perfect condition.
Overall, this was a very pleasant experience. Believe me, several other auto transport companies called and none were as professional as Graham at Amerifreight. I would recommend using this company (and asking for Graham) to anyone who wants to have a hassle-free and efficient car transporting experience.
