In general, the service was very good. My service representative was knowledgeable and explained how this service worked which was wonderful because when one first calls for car transport, it isn't evident that the process involves the service being bid upon by independent carriers. The actual carrier and driver, his name was Jake with Fast Lane Horn (I believe that is the name of his company) was wonderful. The only problem I experienced was with the phones of Ameri-freight. During part of the process the phone system was not working properly and when I would call I would get a message that the phone was not taking messages. One of the service representatives explained the situation and eventually the problem was solved, but this made the overall process not as smooth as it might have been. Despite this small glitch, the service was more than satisfactory and were I to need car transport service again, I would use this company.
