The process of working with AmeriFreight to find a transport company was very detailed. I felt comfortable understand the process and what to expect all the way through. The pricing structure was as transparent as hoped and no surprises where enountered. The car was dropped off with no issues. However I realize AmeriFreight is not directly responsible for the transporter, but my experience was a little lacking on the communications front. I would have only provided them 2/3 stars. The driver seemed like a really nice man, but his communication efforts were able to get the job done, but was very poor and unreliable. I felt in the dark through out the entire process, except when he called me with the 20min notice.
