When I decided to research a transport company to deliver my antique auto, I was overwhelmed by texts, calls and emails from too many companies to count. Not knowing where to begin, I went straight to the Better Business Bureau where I researched the people inundating my phone. Many of them had F ratings! I searched the internet for the best transport agencies and Amerifreight came up several times. Their BBB rating was an A! I called and was immediately answered by Carovan, their customer service agent. From the very first minute I spoke with her, I felt a sense of relief. She clearly explained the booking process, and told me she would be in touch once they had a potential driver. A few days later, I got the great news that my car would be transported the next day and arriving 2 days later. I was kept apprised of every step in the process and could not be more pleased. My car arrived today in perfect condition, and on time. I highly recommend Amerifreight to anyone who needs their vehicle transported.Thank you Carovan!!
