It is unfortunate that the customer had to wait so long for getting his car shipped. However he chose to do the economy shipment and we did all according to our agreement. It is a real economical way to ship your car if you don't have time constraints. The carrier unfortunately had some problems on the way which were out of our control. We do follow up on these issues and work with carriers so that these can be avoided where possible in the future.We DO screen carriers and we do not depend on an outside service to screen carriers. We give each customer a rebate when they ship with us and do not pay directly for reviews. The statement that we pay only for good reviews is false. Anyone is welcome to read our conditions for a review.
