I had my car picked up on Nov 19 and didn't expect it could arrive at the destination until the month end, but happily I got the car on Nov 24th. I would say this is a very fast turnaround. The cost is reasonable, lower than competitors. The only thing is the car became very dirty, but it just took a few bucks to clean it. So I would not complain too much on that.
