The service at Ameri-Freight was pretty thorough. Given that this was the first time I've used a service like this, I think the only continuous improvement suggestion I can make is to have made sure to understand the level of experience of the customer and tailor their expectation setting accordingly. Given my circumstances, once any service reporesentative understood my questions, they were happy to answer and help in any way possible.

I must say that Ameri-Freight did a great job helping me get in touch with the transporter driver. This allowed for regular communication of minor pick-up and drop off time adjustments that were all very beneficial to both parties.

I would use Ameri-Fright again and highly recommend their services and the drivers they use (H&S)
