After reading lots of other reviews for lots of companies, it seems like there is a pretty low bar to attain Excellence in this industry. Customers almost seem grateful that their vehicles arrived in one piece regardless of how long it took. My rating is in this same spirit. The company did its job, pure and simple. My car arrived only a day later than anticipated and the process was painless from my perspective. I would, and will, use them again.

I would also add that I used some of the online sites that are designed to send quotes from a lot of companies. For the quotes I was sent, all of the companies had terrible reviews. AmeriFreight's reviews were comparatively immaculate. Plus, AmeriFreight was several hundred dollars cheaper than the online quotes I received ($845 vs. as much as $1150).
