I had booked with another company 3 weeks before my car was supposed to load. Two days prior to my flight they still had not loaded my car and I became concerned about them not picking up the car. I tried to call the company I had hired and they would just put me on hold for 20 minutes at a time. Finally I became so frustrated I called around and found Nick at American Auto Movers who quoted me a price and had my car loaded the next day just like he said he would. Nick told me 7-10 days to deliver and it arrived just like he said it would. My first company was a lot cheaper, and I realized you get what you pay for. I will never go for the cheapest company again, it was not worth the headache.
