never picked up

The secretary Dianne sounded as if she were the busiest person on the planet. She was always trying to get in touch with the dispactcher Mark and never could reach him about picking up my car, nor would she give me his phone number. I started talking to them on January 6th and by January 23rd I gave up and cancelled the contract. I was very patient and I am out $75(1/2 of the deposit). I should have done my homework and checked out their business on the Better Business Site. I called everyday for 2 weeks and never had a returned phone call. Beware!

Although I sympathize with Mr. Dattel's frustration, I am angered over his omittance of the facts, he booked his order on the 6th for pick up on the 13th, and I have his signed contract to prove it. When my origonal trucker cancelled, I told him there would be a delay. My contract is very specific and I do not guarantee pick up dates unless customers wish to pay for that service. Mr. Dattel did not, and as such, we reassigned this to the next available truck which was a week later. Unfortunately, he was not happy with that and cancelled. He states he called us for 2 weeks?? He booked the 6th for pick up the 13th and cancelled the 20th, 1 week after his estimated pick up date and ONE DAY before my second truck was due to pick up the car. I know he was upset, but if a customer needs a guaranteed date, we have no problem supplying that at the additional price (normally $80).
