We had never transported a vehicle before and Jennifer from American Auto Transport was very friendly and helpful on the phone in order to get us booked and take care of our details. The services were provided on time and our vehicle was delivered in great condition. I was concerned about the business being contracted out to another carrier and had heard horror stories but we were extremely happy. The two drivers showed up right on time and carefully loaded our car. There was easy contact information on the other end and we received the car on time in North Carolina without any problems. We received quotes from several companies and American Auto provided a competitive rate without any headaches! I have already recommended them to some military friends that move often and we will use them again when we have the need to move our vehicles.
