Though there's minor delay on the pickup, it deliver my car reasonably fast. The driver only takes 4 days to drive my car from East coast to California. Crazy! One improvement is to more specifically instruct customers how to pay the driver. I had cashier check payable to American Auto, but the driver cannot take it and I have to go to two ATMs to withdraw cash in bills of 20.
