After a lengthy search on the internet for a reputable company to transport my new truck from MI to AZ, I scheduled and cancelled two previous companies... they either promised followup, pick up time but did neither. I had received an email from Chris Carter at American Auto Transport as well as a follow-up voice mail. He was always courteous, professional and willing to reply/respond as needed.
I chose American Auto Transport and happy I did. My truck was delivered in good condition, and 3 days early! Of course it had the usual bugs etc. but that's to be expected for a 2000 mile trip. Thanks again Chris, your team came through for me. I'd recommend this company to anyone.
