Yes, this person did receive a quote from us. We take pride in being a 5 star company and in being a open with our customers. Unfortunately there was a typo in his quote. He placed his order through our online system without speaking to any of our representatives. Once we saw the order we reached out to him to let him know of the mistake. He was very upset and insisted that we honer the quote. We never use low prices to lure in customers. We told him before we tried to find a carrier for him that it was an incorrect price and told him the correct price if he wanted to move forward and hire us to work for him. He didn't accept the correct price (which was inline with all the other quotes he received). We never tried to help him as customer and never took any financial information from him. Apparently he felt we took advantage of him, while in fact we never actually even took any information from him.
