Very Helpful for First time shippers

I initially spoke with Mitch. He was very helpful and patient with all my questions since I've never shipped a vehicle before. He explained the entire process with me and gave me a quote. I actually started my shipping with another company that promised me a $900 ship rate. He asked for a couple of days to get a truck. I gave him a week, once I called him back for status, he said it would have to be at least $1300 because no one will go to Goose Creek SC. Once I heard that I called Mitch and asked for his help. He was able to secure a truck close to my budget, not $1300+. I initially requested for the Jeep to be picked up after 4pm, but no fault of Mitch, they didn't make it the day they were supposed to come. I received a message at 12:24AM from trucking co. asking if they could pick up at 6:30AM that morning before I went to work. A little peeved, I went with it just so it was done. Like I said, this is no fault of American Auto Transporters. I would definitely use them again if I ever needed to ship a vehicle.
