Coming from another country (Sweden) the feel of the guy in the phone i crusual. Mitch is awsome. Easy to understand, gentle, nice and funny but most important he always get back to you fast. I´ve used him two times. One time my day for picking up shifted several times due to the company I bought the car from. They couldn't deliver and changed the pickup day two times. Mitch was superb. He followed up every move and keapt me posted.

I felt safe and secure. I payed 250 from Miami to Cape Coral and 225 from Tampa to Cape Coral. The Tampa thing was more or less an emergency that Mich solved over the day. I called 10 a.m. and car arrived 6 p.m. the same day. Can't ask for anything more.
