We went through American Century Transport for the same reason. The gas card was a 300.00 bonus for us because the total cast was fair to tow a vehicle from Arizona to Illinois. ACT worked very hard to try to coordinate our vehicle and I have to be honest it got a little dicey because the people we bought our vehicle from were moving to texas and we had to have it out. Well they handled it and it arrived on time and was well taken care of by the driver. People have to realize its not like you are buying a product from Best Buy.Their is alot that goes into being a broker coordinator I am sure. Coordinating vehicle pickups and drop offs. Especially if some are inopperable. To the people who are less than happy about their baby being delivered to them. DONT SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF. Thanks guys for all your patience on our ordeal.
