BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS YOU WON'T GET A GAS CARD

At the end of October I contracted American Century Transport to move two vehicles for me. I researched transport companies and got many different quotes. I chose American Century not because the price was the best, but because they were offering a free $300 gas card for each vehicle movement. I thought it sounded too good to be true and asked how this is possible. I was assured by Marlon that it was a special promotion they were running and that they still made money. I was told I would receive 2 cards for $300 each good for many different stations and they would be valid for one full year. After 2 weeks went by I started contacting them regarding the cards, I was told each week (for four straight weeks) that they would be sent out on Friday, that they ran out of cards. I finally got fed up and said "you people tell me the same thing every week". The next two times I called I was hung up on, after that they just stopped answering their phones. Well yesterday I got a girl on the phone who said she would give me voucher numbers over the phone that I could redeem at claimyourgas.com. After going to this site I realized that they were vouchers for $25 redeemable after $100 spent within one months period at the same station. So you save $100 worth of gas receipts in a month and you qualify for $25 YAHOO..NOT AT ALL WHAT I WAS PROMISED!! I then called American Century back and was told sorry that is the deal, nothing we can do! I then decided to write a review here and did so last night. Within 10 minutes I had 2 emails from other disgruntled customers saying they too had written reviews only to be erased the following day. Well guess what this morning I checked my email and they had erased my review as well stating that American Century denies any business dealing with me. I then faxed my credit card statement to the review company and they said that with this proof they cannot deny that I was a paying customer of theirs. If you have had a problem with your review being deleted please offer them proof so they cannot delete your review, American Century will definately try to have it removed.
If this company spent as much time providing service to their customers as they do covering their rear ends maybe they wouldn't have these problems!
