My wife was instructed to hold off on setting up the transport of her vehicle until 2 weeks prior to our move. We are moving on military orders. Now that we are two weeks away from moving, this company suddenly refuses to respond to any of her emails (after months of continues communication) and won't answer our phone calls. My poor wife is now panicking. We are calling around trying to get last minute quotes with other companies. We have no idea what happened here. I had a bad feeling about this company from the start, especially when they told my wife to wait until two weeks prior to our move to finalize it. We don't know if they will come through or not, but unfortunately with such little time left we can't wait. They literally will not respond to us at all now.
