Funny how this company accuses Al Wood of falsifying his statement that they cut communication with him, considering that Bianca cut communication with my wife for a month. I just now got a response from her last night finally (she responds to me now apparently but not my wife). my wife tried emailing and calling numerous times over the course of a month and got no reply. Clearly there is some merit to what Al Wood says. We just went through the exact same thing. Because of Bianca's failure to maintain communication with my wife, I will be the one that this company will need to communicate with from now on (if we even go with this company at all). The difference between me and my wife, is my wife is trusting and patient and I am not. I think this company is scamming my wife and I do not trust them at all. It is my opinion that they are requiring her to wait until just days prior to the shipment date in order to officially schedule it in order to claim that only one driver is available, that way they can up the price from the original offer to something much higher, thus leaving no time for her to find an alternative. I could be wrong but to me it feels like a bait and switch. my wife wants this car and would be willing to work with them to get it shipped, but they are no longer dealing through her. I do not want this car, I think it is a waste of money to keep it. I would rather give the car away than allow my wife to be scammed. I do not trust Bianca or this company. I literally spent 15 minutes (I checked) holding my wife last night as she sobbed and cried. genuinely cried. All because of her frustration about no longer being able to trust this company to ship her car. She spent all weekend desperately looking for a new carrier. The only reason she is even going through this is because of this company. This needs to be corrected. I shouldn't even be giving this company an opportunity to correct it but I promised my wife I would at least try. If it was up to me this company would have no longer been an option months ago. I'm also a sailor in the Navy. Sailors in the Navy want a reliable shipping company for their PCS moves. Trust me word of mouth (especially when it is negative) travels far and fast (especially in the military).
