DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Total scam artists. Quoted me TOTAL delivery price of $225.00, in payment as $75.00 deposit, $150.00 to driver on delivery. When truck arrived, driver demanded additional $100.00 or would not take car off truck. Showed driver documents for $150.00, would not release car, called TOMMY A SMITH at American Premium Logistics in attempt to resolve. Response was there was a change in the order and I would have to pay the additional $100.00. Also claimed he had notified me by e-mail. I was never notified, and even so never authorized the additional cost. In fact would have cancelled the order had I received this notification. Additionally there is some question as to the Authenticity of this mysterious notification by Mr. Smith. I suspect it was actually done after I complained about the additional cost. Attempts to be reimbursed by American Premium Logistics met with "see you in court." Manager would not respond. I have filed complaint with State of Florida regarding this issue. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY RIPPED ME OFF, LIKELY THEY HAVE A HISTORY OF THIS BEHAVIOR.
