No service at all

They picked up my belongings in June 22nd and never heard until 7/01 from them even though I attempted so many calls and voice message and emails. Very poor follow up, very snapy answers. They do a good job until you pay the deposit and after it, it's almost impossible to reach them. I called so many times, could not reach any one in customer and had to hang up after 20min of hold. When I called inquiry someone picked up right away and I asked if they could help me but they did not they again transferred me to the customer service and I waited until they answered. I rebted my storage started June 27th as I had no idea when they would deliver. When I finally reached them on July 1st, they did not have any update in their system about the storage unit name, address etc. Very narrow minded, we got the deposit, we do not care the rest mentality is going on with them. I would never recommend anyone.
