My son is active military, and needed his car- I was told after waiting just short of a month for a pickup- (the night before) that the driver would require an addition $50 to pick up the car. I was getting desperate at this point so I agreed. They called me at 830 at night to say someone would pick up the car in 30 min, 2.5 hrs. later I called back to find out he would pick up in the am between 830-9 am. He showed up at 1045, parked in front of the house to load up. It took 1.5 hrs. to load a Chevy Monte Carlo on the back of the open car carrier. (?) We were told by the broker we could put things in the trunk as long as it was less than 150 pounds. We did put a few things in a 35 gallon tub in the trunk. We also filled up the tank and cleaned it up. Our car was the last car loaded-on the back of the open carrier.
4 days later the car arrived in New Mexico- with a flat tire and empty gas tank! I called right away, tried to explain my complaint - was cut off and told to just give a few words what my problem was- I and was told they would investigate and get back to me as this was a weekend.
I attempted to call 12 times over the next week only to given voice mail or my call disconnected.
After another week I finally got ahold of "Rolland" who noted I was just trying to cheat them out of insurance money! At this point I explained I was not interested in any money, just how the damage to my son’s car had occurred. They had never even spoken to me to fully find out what my complaint was!
I was told that the car had "bad tires" and one just "popped going over the mountains".I was told that the car had "bad tires" I explained I was aware they were not new tires, and if one magically blew out on a trailer- this was odd but "ok"....My issue was that with a blown out tire and empty gas tank it sounded like someone had taken a joy ride!

They have not explained how the full tank of gas - was now on 1/4 or less on arrival in NM> By the way- when my son pulled up to get the car- it was still loaded on the trailer, the spare was already on it and the stuff from the trunk was in the back seat. I was told they changed the tire while the car was loaded on the trailer.
I have asked that they investigate, was told they have to side with their driver and nothing was wrong with the delivery. I have not asked to be compensated- In fact I just wanted them to make sure this didnt happen again- however since they dont find any problems with this- my expecatation is this is their usual business practices!
The car did arrive- that’s true, but not before it was taken for a ride somewhere?
If they will take advantage to active duty military- why not anyone else.
Dishonest!
Dont use them unless you have low expectations, or dont mind that your car is taken for a ride!
