BEWARE!!!!! We were told that we were not a customer and also not legally binding due to us not signing a Bill of Lading. I believe you like anybody else gets a quote for services and expects the quote to be upheld! I could even understand if there might have been a clause about the price of gas affecting the quote but there was no such clause! Also, the only way you get this "signed bill of lading" is when the driver arrives to load car. Owner Nathaniel was rude and again told us over and over that we were NOT a customer "go ahead and report the company to BBB because we are not even a customer" BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!
