Do not use this company, it started when I was contacted by a guy named Kieth. He informed me that he had a driver that was a few miles from me and can pick up my truck in 2 days but I had to cancel with the company I was with waiting to find me a carrier. So I call the company cancel and call kieth back and let him know I canceled so he said everything is a go. 2 days later I call back for a update and he tells me I canceled the pickup and his driver is already gone. I did no such thing. He siad let hIm make some calls and never calls back. I get call 3 days later saying they have a driver. The driver arrives at my house and has no idea that the truck was modified and lifted so it would cost a extra 250 to pick my truck up...... turns out he cant fit it on the truck. I informed keith of everything that was done to the truck over the phone and he failed to inform the diver. I called customer services to cancel and they do not want to return my deposit for something their employee failed to inform the driver of. This company is a straight rip off I advise you not to go with them at all.
