Very smooth. The car didnt have a single extra mile on it. The only trouble I had was figuring out a delivery spot (I didn't know where the truck could go, they ended up delivering the car less than a block from where I live) and talking to the guy (he didn't speak great English, and was tough to understand on the phone).
Also, the drivers seem to expect a tip, but this is was a very easy exchange. We called them on Friday, they wanted to pick up the car on Saturday, but we were out of town so they did it on Monday. I received a call at 11am on Wednesday saying the car will be here in the afternoon, and I picked up the car at 5:15. It was obviously dirty because when you travel 2500+ miles, dirt accumulates. After getting it washed, it looks just like it did before.
I'd definitely use them again.
