Robert explained to me in clear English, what the process of car transport (from West to East coast) was all about. Despite some miss-steps on my part (had a computer crash just before car pick-up), Robert rolled with the punches and got my car off in a timely manner. My car arrived safely and at a fantastic rate. I would deal with Ameristar again. I enjoy working with the friendly staff including the drivers.
